Young Betty Sapinski grew up in a Polish Catholic home, school, church and neighborhood. There was a time when everyone she knew was Polish and every person she knew ate things like pierogi, gowombki, and punczki.

But 20 years later, even she wasn't eating these Polish foods anymore! She was into soybeans, vegetarian cuisine, and new age teachings. She was journeying along the roads of life trying to discover the truth This is the story of that search and the testimony of what Betty found.
